As you put your fingers in your mouth, make sure your hands are clean.
Cut a sufficient length of wire that is about 45 cm.
It may sound like alot, but keep a clean segment of yarn as you pass between two teeth.
Wrap most of the thread around the index finger with one hand and a shorter length around the index finger of the other hand.
Carefully slide the wire from one tooth to the other, being careful not to break it between the teeth.
Gently pull the thread up from the edge of the gum to the top of the tooth.
Moving from one tooth to the other, unwind a segment of clean thread from the finger of one hand while rolling the worn thread over the finger of the other hand. Use the thumb to guide you.
There are “wire holder” accessories to help you if you cannot do it in a traditional way.
